It’s not every day your client flies you out to Seattle to oversee the re-creation of Jane Goodall’s Gombe National Park field station. In the hull of a massive movie set, we created Gombe circa 1960, complete with Jane’s field tent, tropical trees and even a crackling fire. I wrote the script for Jane as well as numerous other recorded materials for this project. Funny story, the chimpanzee greeting at the beginning was completely a Jane Goodall ad lib.
